Well hello there hunsā¦
Finally Iām back, and this time, I mean it.
I know I said Iād be back after my July update, then vanishedā¦ But let me be real with youāI just wasnāt feeling it.
I believe in writing content thatās not only fun and informative but also something worth reading. So, rather than force it, I waited until inspiration hit me in my peachy behind šā¦ and it did! Thank you Daddy! š¤£ š (that is a sexual reference - incase you donāt get it - and if you doā¦ š)
And guess what?
Todayās your lucky day because Iām officially back with my updates!
As I mentioned in my last update, life has been lifeing. And oh, it has beenālet me tell you!
So much can change in just a few weeks, and trust me, all of it has been good. But hereās the thing: I value my privacy, so I wonāt be spilling all the tea here. To my day ones who know whatās up, THANK YOU for celebrating my wins and successes. Youāre the real MVPs š«¶š½.
So, let me talk about myself (duh) and life.
Remember my last update where I pondered whether LinkedIn is the new place to find dates?
Yeah, I kinda figured out it is.
But that story, my little cherubs, is and will be for behind the paywall. Fuck it, I might even make a little video because I think it could be a fun one and I think it would be a funny watch.
July and August were all about solo dates for me, which I absolutely loveā¦ because I love myself so much ā¤ļø .
Does that sound vainā¦ 1000% do I give a fuck, No!
And reading! Iām a little behind on my book target but, I have started my 29th book of 2024 šā¦ book smart - I think so!
Because, itās true. I truly enjoy my own company, something that I know many people struggle withā¦ I donāt take it for granted.
Plus, I know how to treat myselfāhaha! I even did a few day raves, which always fill my heart with joy, and love making friends on the way in, the dance floor and anywhere I can catch eyes, smile and do a little two step.
But the best two weekends of the summer were hands down Reggae Landā¦ šÆš²
and Chase & Status this month;
I spent those weekends with some of my favourite people, as well as being surrounded by over 60,000+ ravers to a lot of the music I love.
These are the moments I live forābarely touched my phone, poor signal and just pure connection with the people around me. Itās the simple things in life that we often take for granted, and no, I donāt want to get all deep and shit, but itās true.

Thatās what she said - the teen in my lives strong hahaha.
The solo dates have made me incredibly grateful for where Iām at in life.
Right now, I have zero desire to walk down the aisle, push out a few babies, or be with someone just to say I have someone. Iām not into ātick box living.ā I know not everyone has done that, itās a real generalisation Iām doing here. Also, I understand that everyone is at different stages in their life - this is mine OK - so relax!
Iāve got so many opportunities in front of me and more that Iām creating for myselfāwhy slow down now? šš½
Side note: Unless heās 6ft+, bearded, a bit rough around the edges, makes me laugh, loves food, can drive me around in his big van, truck or car, loves cuddles and supports my ambitions/ massive dreams and has his own shit going onā¦ š¤£.
Am I asking to muchā¦ Nah!
On that note, I have to share this.
So, I also went M.I.A on Instagram and uploaded this post, as little update - was I semi thirst trapping*ā¦ 100%.
*Thirst trapping refers to the act of posting alluring or provocative content on social media to attract attention, compliments, or flirtatious interactions.
The term "thirst" in this context is slang for intense desire or attraction, often of a sexual nature. So, when someone is "thirst trapping," they are essentially trying to lure others into expressing their attraction or admiration. Itās a way of seeking validation or boosting oneās ego by garnering attention online.
Anyway, I got a few messages from my friends, Iām only going to share two, but they made me laugh.
I know and knew what I was doing and did it workā¦ of course it did! hahaha.
Iām as basic as they come and as I donāt share sexy type of pictures, my form of gaining attention is usually through music, memes or content like this.
Soā¦ back to what I was saying!
Iāve got a few more raves booked, and I canāt wait to hit the dance floor again. The next few months will be intense with everything I have going on, but Iām excited for the change and the challenge that is just around the corner. With just four months left in 2024, Iām not wasting any time or energy. Iām still in my ādonāt give a fuckā era, and honestly, itās been the best one yet.
My friendships are stronger than ever, and Iāve met and welcomed new people into my life, both personally and professionallyā¦. Oooh friends!
So hereās to more solo dates, day raves, night raves, summer holiday and a winter getaway. Iām ready for the leaves to change, for my puffer jacket to make its comeback, and to savour every single moment.
